Washington, DC (WBAP/KLIF) – The trial of a North Texas man accused in the US Capitol riot will resume today.
The daughter of the ‘Texas Three Percenter’ militia group member Guy Wesley Reffett is expected to take the stand against her father today; just days after his son did the same. Reffitt had allegedly threatened his kids if they turned him.
On Friday, a key government witness testified that Reffitt was armed with a holstered handgun at the Capitol last January 6th.
Rockie Hardy, also a member of the “Texas Three Percenters” militia group testified that Reffitt advocated for physically removing and replacing members of congress as they chatted during their car trip to Washington.
