EL PASO, Texas－Democratic Presidential Candidate Beto O’Rourke will hold a “Rally Against Fear” Thursday, October 17 in Grand Prairie, the same night President Donald Trump holds a rally at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
O’Rourke says “this event will bring the region, the state, and the country together to counter Trump and demonstrate that his hatred, division, harmful rhetoric, blatant lawlessness, and corruption has no place in America.”
The Trump rally will start at 7 p.m., the doors to O’Rourk’s event will open at 6 p.m. at The Theatre at Grand Prairie,
Next Thursday’s event will be the second time this year that O’Rourke has directly countered a Trump rally in Texas. In February, he held a counter rally in his hometown of El Paso.
