DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas police are investigating former UFC champion fighter Frank Shamrock for allegedly leaving a dog in a car at Love Field airport for five days, from March 2nd to 7th. Shamrock told WFAA-TV he accepts responsibility for his actions and will return to Dallas to face charges if necessary. Shamrock said he tried to find a home for the elderly dog, named Zelda, but got no takers. Dallas animal control is now in possession of the dog.
