Rudy Giuliani has settled Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit, ending a yearslong legal fight over his claims that the company helped rig the 2020 presidential election against President Donald Trump, The Hill reported.
The parties agreed “to the dismissal of all claims and causes of action asserted inthis matter by Dominion against Giuliani with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees, expenses, and costs.”
The terms of the settlement, including whether Giuliani will make a financial payment, remain undisclosed.
