They’ll have purposeful dialogue with prominent influential leaders, many of whom you’ve come to know, as they discuss the people practices of high-performing organizations and uncover how they’ve created a culture of success.

Leading the Way is proudly presented by the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a research firm that improves workforce productivity for many of the top companies in the world such as Amazon, AT&T, Ford, Microsoft & 3M by researching the people practices that drive high performance–allowing them to outperform their competition. Each week on the i4cp Insights segment, an i4cp expert will share cutting-edge research, current studies and empirical data on what high-performing organizations are doing differently and effectively.

The weekly program highlights the latest trends in Innovation, Culture, Leadership, Talent & Strategy, based on studies from America’s most well known brands. Engaging conversations about what truly leads the way in corporate culture, such as collaboration, transparency, creativity, agility, talent mobility and diversity, will be among the weekly topics discussed.
