Laredo (WBAP/KLIF) – A private plane carrying three people had to make an emergency landing Thursday on a highway near Laredo. The Beechcraft Bonanza developed an unspecified problem in flight. (WBAP/KLIF) — Dallas county is approaching 10,000 confirmed Coronavirus cases. County health officials reported another 202 cases of COVID-19 and one new death.
