Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Crime Stoppers is offering a $5000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment of a suspect that Dallas Police say flashed a teen.
Dallas police are looking for a man who they say flashed a 15-year old girl as she was walking to school Thursday morning. It happened around 7:45 in the 5800 block of Pineland Drive.
Police say the suspect exposed himself, then reached out and touched the victim’s left buttock. The suspect went into a nearby apartment complex and was seen walking away.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 30-years old, 5’8” to 5’10”, about 160 lbs, with short twists in his hair and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black or gray hoodie.
