Plano, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A Collin County grand jury declined to indict a former bartender who was charged with over-serving a customer before he went on a murderous rampage over two years ago.

Spencer Hight was a regular customer at the Local Pub House in Plano, when on September 10, 2017 he had consumed four drinks before leaving and going to the home of his estranged wife … Hight killed her and seven others during a Cowboys watch part at her home.

Linda Glass’ attorneys said in a statement that they have always said that Hight’s actions were unrelated to alcohol he had consumed beforehand.

Hight was killed by police.
