Four Kids Living in ‘Disgraceful’ Conditions in Parker County; Parents Jailed

Parker County, TX – Parker County authorities say four kids who were living in “horrendous” conditions in a mobile home have been removed from the residence; and, the mother and stepfather are jailed on multiple charges.

The Parker County sheriff says the children and parents were living in separate trailers on the Upper Denton Road property.

Sheriff Larry Fowler said in a statement, “The conditions of the homes were nothing short of disgraceful. without seeing it, you would not believe how truly bad it was.”

While the children were in foster care, one of the child victims made an outcry to authorities against Lackey of sexual abuse and child pornography.
One of the children also reported that the mother knew of the abuse allegations, but did not act on them or report them to law enforcement.
Parker County Special Crimes investigators said the suspects, identified as Colton Wayne Lackey, 20, and Amanda Nicole Fuller, 34, tested positive for methamphetamine use.
“Their drug tests registered to the highest levels detectable.”

Fuller and Lackey have been jailed. The children are in foster care.
