DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The United States Attorney General will be in North Texas this week meeting with local leaders.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Northern District of Texas, Attorney General William Barr will participate in a roundtable with U.S. Senator Cornyn, U.S. Attorney Nealy Cox, and law enforcement partners to discuss targeted efforts to reduce violent crime in ‘Project Safe Neighborhoods.’ The national campaign is a collaboration of agencies working to assess violent crime problems in a particular community.
Following the roundtable, Attorney General Barr will tour a boxing gym staffed by the Dallas Police Athletic League.
