Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Morning commuters on busy I-35 NB in Dallas Monday were surprised by a man on a Lime scooter who at one point crossed over 5 lanes of traffic to exit at Victory Avenue. The unidentified man seemed undaunted by traffic where on any given day drivers are going between 75-80mph or higher.
Motorist Joshua Weatherl’s dashcam captured the daring moments and his reaction. He posted the video to YouTube:
Meantime, officials at Lime say riders should stick to streets with speed limits of 35 miles per hour and under and that riders should always wear a helmet.
The Lime scooter’s top speed is 15 mph.
