DALLAS- WBAP/KLIF –  Dallas Police have released a video that shows a man watching, and then following a woman walking her dog early last Sunday morning on North Hall Street, near Howell Street, west of Central Expressway.  The woman told police she was pushed to the ground but the suspect fled when she screamed.  A sex assault happened about a mile north just two days prior, with a suspect of similar description.  In that attack, the suspect was dressed in dark colored clothing and rubber work boots.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s; about 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds.  He was seen wearing black baseball cap with white circular sticker and writing on the front, black pants and t shirt, and white-soled black sneakers.
