DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- Police say a kayaker found a body at Mountain Creek Lake Wednesday and Police confirm it is Weltzin Garcia, the Grand Prairie mother who went missing months ago. Garcia and her estranged boyfriend Alfonzo Hernandez, disappeared February 5th. Hernandez was found dead days later in White Rock Lake. Police say they issued a Domestic Violence Arrest Warrant for Hernandez before the couple went missing. They have two children together. No further details were released. The Dallas Homicide Unit will be working the investigation as an unexplained death pending the final report from the Medical Examiner’s Office.
