DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- 32-year-old security officer Vincent Hobbs is charged with murder after police say he shot a man outside the Oasis Apartments on Led Better Avenue in Oak Cliff Sunday night. Police believe the victim an another guard got into a fight and other security guards were called into help. Then the officers went into the man’s apartment upstairs to confront him. Police say it got physical and as officers tried to tame the man, Hobbs shot him. He later died at a local hospital. The victim has not been identified. Hobbs’ bond will later be determined by a judge.
