Former Texas Ranger Pitcher Indicted on Child Sex Charges

(WBAP/KLIF) – A member of the baseball Hall of Fame and former Texas Ranger pitcher, John Wetteland, has been indicted on child sex charges.

The 52-year-old is accused of forcing a relative to perform sexual acts on him. The victim was said to be 4 years old at the time the incidents began, back in 2004.

Wetteland spent twelve seasons with the Yankees and Ranges, retiring in 2000.
