Temple Police Searching for Suspect Who Dropped Rock from Overpass Killing Mother of Three

TEMPLE  (WBAP/KLIF News) – Temple police are asking the public to help find the person who dropped a rock from a railroad overpass that led to a fatal accident.

33-year-old Keila Ruby Flores of Waco was killed when a rock smashed through the windshield of the car she was riding in while traveling north on I-35 between exits 303 and 305 last Saturday night.

Flores was sitting in the front passenger seat of the car being driven by her boyfriend, Christopher Rodriguez.

Investigators said the rock caused critical injuries. The mother of three was taken to Baylor Scott and White Hospital where she eventually died.

Friends and family have been leaving messages of condolences and support on Flores’ Facebook page since news of the tragedy spread.
