Ft. Worth Approves Design Work for Expanded Trinity Trails

FT. WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – An alignment study will begin soon on a stretch of the Trinity Trails that will complete the last four miles connecting Ft. Worth to Arlington.

The extension will begin at River Trails Park in Ft. Worth and end a River Legacy Park in Arlington.
$148,000 will be spent on an alignment study and preliminary design services. Money for the work was approved in the 2014 bond program.

$4 million for the construction of the project was approved in the 2018 Bond Program.
