Deputies search for Dallas County Escaped Inmate

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputies continue to search for an escaped inmate, 28-year-old Raymond Aguero.

Deputies say Aguero hoped over a fence at the Lew Sterrett Justice center Friday night at around 7:00pm.

Raul Reyna with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said Aguero has a history of non-violent offenses, including, evading and resisting arrest, unlawful carry of a weapon, DUI and car burglary.

“He has 6 different charges against him and now a 7th for escaping jail,” Reyna said. Aguero is hispanic 6’2, 150lbs and appears to have no facial hair at the time he escaped. Police believe he’s still in the Dallas area and urge the community to contact the Sheriff’s Department at 214-749-8641 or local police if Aguero is seen or if anyone knows of his whereabouts.
