DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The gunman in a murder for hire plot in Dallas is awaiting sentencing.
Kristopher Love faces the death penalty after being found guilty of Capital Murder in the 2015 shooting death of Dallas Dentist Kendra Hatcher in an uptown parking garage. The jury deliberated for close to three hours before convicting Love.
Crystal Cortez, the getaway driver, pleaded guilty to Murder for her involvement. The alleged mastermind, Brenda Delgado, is awaiting trial.
The sentencing phase of Love’s trial begins Monday.
