Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Mary Frances Martinez is now on a very disreputable list. She is a one of Texas’ 10 most wanted sex offenders. Martinez was sent to prison in 2005 for the aggravated sexual assault of a 12 year old girl. After her release she was charged with failing to register as a sex offender, pleaded guilty, and was sent back to prison. She was released from that sentence last year, but is once again wanted for parole violations, and failing to register as a sex offender. Texas authorities say she should be considered armed and dangerous.
