FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The U.S Attorney’s Office said 46-year-old Craig Tezano entered a Dillards and Sears store with a glass bottle filled with gasoline and a rag. He then lit the rag on fire and placed it on the floor. They say a week later, he went to the same Sears and did it again.
U.S Attorney Nealy Cox said, “this guilty plea marks the culmination of several weeks of hard work, dedication, and cooperation between federal, state, and local authorities,” she said. “Through their efforts, we were able to identify and bring to justice an arsonist who put the safety of the people of the Northern District of Texas at Risk.”
Tezeno faces up to twenty years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
