Grand Prairie Police Searching for Suspects in Fatal Hit and Run

GRAND PRAIRIE (WBAP/KLIF News) – Grand Prairie police are searching for two people involved in a fatal hit and run.

It happened around 4 a.m. Sunday along I-30 near the Belt Line Road exit.

Investigators said a 2009 Dodge Charger drifted onto the shoulder of the road and hit another car that was parked on the side of the road due to a flat tire.

29-year-old Troylynn Berkley was standing behind that car waiting for a friend when she was hit and killed.

Eye witnesses told police they saw a man and a woman jump out of the Charger and take off.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Grand Prairie Police Department at 972-237-8906.
