Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) If you usually take US 75 through Plano, you won’t be able to this weekend. The highway will be closed in both directions from just south of Renner Road to 15th Street. That includes entrance and exit ramps to and from the President George Bush Turnpike. The closure begins Saturday at 2:00am and runs until 5:00am Monday morning. The closure is needed so crews can partially demolish the second half of the Plano Parkway bridge. You will be able to use the frontage roads.
