City of Frisco Signs Off On Plans For Huge Office Complex Near Downtown

FRISCO(WBAP/KLIF)- Frisco city council gave the okay for tax incentives on plans for the tallest building in downtown.

The ten story structure will have up to 250,000 square feet of office space and will be just north of main street near Wakeland High School. Frisco Mayor Pro Tem Will Sowell says its long overdue.

“As we are looking to move development along the tollway and North of Main Street this is an important anchor and component.”

KOA partners based in Dallas will develop the land that could include future multi-story residential and additional office space.
