North Richland Hills (WBAP/KLIF) – North Richland Hills Police had to call in Fort Worth’s SWAT team Saturday to apprehend a domestic assault suspect. They had pursued that suspect across North Richland Hills and the north side of Fort Worth until he stopped on the Jacksboro Highway, and barricaded himself inside his vehicle. That’s when Fort Worth’s SWAT team was called in. 26 year old Nicholas Hoefer gave himself up a short time later. No one was hurt during the incident, but Hoefer is in jail on a variety of charges.
