Five Forney H.S. Soccer Players Facing Sexual Assault Charges in Hazing Investigation

Forney, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Five members of the Forney High School boys soccer team have been arrested on sexual assault charges related to hazing allegations.

Jolie Stewart, spokesperson for the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department told our Clayton Neville five students are facing charges; and that it’s possible hazing has been going on for a while on the team.

The arrest began early Thursday. Two students were on the athletic field, when they were called off and taken away in handcuffs. Two others – a juvenile and an 18-year-senior-old, identified as Jacob Fisher – were arrested off campus.

The fifth student, who was still at large as of Thursday, turned himself in to the authorities on Friday.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the soccer players are accused of pinning the victim by his arms and legs while they sexually assaulted him.

The sheriff’s office says no teachers or administrators are involved in the accusations.
