JOSEPHINE (WBAP/KLIF News) – Josephine city officials have identified the suspect in an officer-involved shooting at City Hall Thursday afternoon as 62-year-old Bobby Darryl Chamberlain.
Chamberlain showed up to the building with a rifle after a disturbance earlier in the week. He was shot when he refused to drop his weapon.
The Texas Department of Public Safety’s Lonny Haschel said Chamberlain remains hospitalized with non-life threatening wounds.
The city of Josephine is located in eastern Collin County.
