Duncanville Police Investigating Murder After Early Morning Shooting

DUNCANVILLE (WBAP/KLIF) – The Duncanville Police Department is looking for the person responsible for a shooting at a party early Sunday morning that left one person dead.

Officer Doug Sisk says anyone with information on the shooting, or who was at the party, is asked to contact Police.

“We’re looking for anyone who was at the party, or anyone who may have video,” said Officer Sisk. “We’re also looking for a grey sedan type car.”

Sisk says the car may have sustained damage on one of the side view mirrors. The shooting happened just before 3 a.m. Sunday on Golden Meadow Lane in Duncanville. It’s believed that random gunshots were being fired in different places around the neighborhood. The victim was taken to the hospital after being struck and later died. The shooting is being investigated as a murder.
