Laredo (WBAP/KLIF) – A 17 year old kidnapping victim from Illinois has been found at a Border Patrol checkpoint near Laredo. The Border Patrol says the girl was taken from her home July 19. She turned up in a red Oldsmobile that was stopped on I-35. It’s still not clear who was driving that Oldsmobile, or what the driver’s relationship might be to the victim.
