LONDON – Update: London Police have made 12 arrest in what they are treating as an “Act of Terrorism.” Via the @metpoliceuk twitter account a statement was released stating: “At 0025hrs 4/6/17 the incidents at #LondonBridge & #BoroughMarket were declared as terrorist incidents.” The attack killed 7 people and injured nearly 50 people.
London Police are investigating an incident on London Bridge. Several Britain sources have reported that a Van veered off the road and ran into pedestrians late Saturday evening.
The Metropolitan police tweeted this: “We are dealing with an incident on #LondonBridge, when we have more information we will update this twitter feed,” via their @metpoliceuk account.
