
PLANO (WBAP/KLIF) – Plano based J.C. Penney has released it’s list of stores that are closing. None of the stores in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area are on the list. Penney announced last month it would be closing about 13% of its stores nationwide.
9 stores across the state will be closed including ones in Athens, Borger, Early, El Paso, Marshall, McAllen, Nacogdoches, Seguin and Stephenville
The stores are expected to be closed by July. Liquidation sales will start next month.
