DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The City of Dallas is reporting significant progress to fixing the problem with 911 ghost calls from subscribers of T-Mobile.
In a statement, City Manager T. C. Broadnax says T-Mobile has so far kept its promise to commit resources until progress is made.
The city is adding a dozen additional call takers a day to ensure an enhanced level of service until the issue is resolved.
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings says he’s pleased both city staff and T-Mobile are working to better serve the citizens.
