Chicago (WBAP/KLIF News) – An American Airlines flight has been evacuated at Chicago O’Hare airport after some kind of mechanical malfunction caused a fire.
A statement from the American Airlines Media Relations Office says Flight 383, a 767 bound for Miami, aborted takeoff due to an engine malfunction. All 161 passengers and nine crew members were taken off the plane and onto the tarmac, where busses will pick them up and take them back to the terminal.
