DALLAS COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF News)  Some North Texans who don’t have a photo ID will still be able to vote this election season. The Dallas County elections administrator says residents now have another option at the polls. If the voter claims to have difficulty obtaining a photo ID, he or she can sign a declaration explaining why then providing one other document. The other document can be an original birth certificate, a valid voter registration certificate, or a copy of a document from a company that shows the voter’s name and address like an electric bill.
