DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A woman who was shot and killed in her car in the parking lot of a motel near Love Field Airport could have been dead nearly an entire day before anyone noticed, according to police.
Officers made the discovery early Tuesday morning.
“Everybody is shocked and surprised,” said Kathy Thompson who lives at the Love Field Inn. “We didn’t hear anything. I saw her in the car and didn’t think anything was wrong. I thought she was just sleeping.”
Police believe the woman could have died as early as Monday afternoon.
