WACO (WBAP/KLIF) – Former Baylor University President Ken Starr says he will step down as chancellor for the university.
Starr was demoted to chancellor last week following a sexual assault scandal involving several football players. Head football coach Art Briles was also suspended because of the scandal.
Starr will remain at the school as a law professor. He told ESPN “the captain goes down with the ship.”
