DALLAS (KLIF/WBAP) – Longtime Texas congressman Pete Sessions is responding to a letter sent out by the Obama administration that threatens school districts across the U-S over bathroom assignments.
Federal funds could be withheld if districts don’t allow transgender students to use bathrooms of their choice.
Sessions has decided to send out a letter of his own, asking the White House, justice and education departments to wait for a definitive legal ruling before taking any action.
The 32nd district congressman appeared with Dave and Amy on the KLIF Morning News. He also accused the Obama administration of continuing to “unlawfully and illegally” push an agenda that courts have repeatedly rejected.
