Dallas-Fort Worth Home Prices

DFW Home Sales 1DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Good news for people trying to sell a home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

According to the “Case Shiller” index prices were up 9.6 percent in December compared to a year ago.

That was among the five largest increases in the country. DFW was only topped by Portland, Oregon and San Francisco.

The national average gain in price was 5.4 percent.

Dallas-Fort Worth led Texas in home price gains in 2015.
