PLANO (WBAP/KLIF NEWS) – Plano Police are scouring a creek near Carlisle Elementary School after someone reported seeing what they believed to be a skull near a bike trail.
Investigative teams were at the scene overnight using powerful lights to help them in the search.
The Collin County Medical Examiner has been called in and will determine if the bones are human.
A footbridge that children use to cross the creek to the school from Chisholm Trail was closed Wednesday morning.
