President Donald Trump has appointed Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino to head the White House Presidential Personnel Office, Trump posted on Truth Social early on Sunday.
Scavino replaces Sergio Gor, the new U.S. ambassador to India.
Scavino, 49, is one of Trump’s most loyal advisers and among the few to serve continuously through his business, campaign, and government operations. His new role gives him broad influence over communications and personnel decisions inside the West Wing.
