Police Say Cars Pulled From Pond Were Stolen Or Involved In a Crime

(WBAP/KLIF) Dallas – In June police removed a number of cars from a pond at Lake Cliff Park. According to the Dallas Police Department, the cars’ histories date back to the early 1980’s.

Of all the vehicles, four were stolen from Dallas, others were stolen from Grand Prairie, Houston and Plano.

Another was reportedly involved in a robbery in Dallas back in 2015.

Police said the cars were discovered during a routine cleaning which has not been done for over a decade.
