FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The extreme heat will return to North Texas Thursday and the National Weather Service is already issuing alerts.
The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex starting Thursday at 12:00pm lasting through at least Friday night at 8:00pm.
It will likely be extended numerous times before the next break in the triple-digit temperatures possibly next week.
