A ‘Preacher’ With a Semi-automatic Rifle Attends O’Rourke Rally; Asks About Faith & Abortion

Hemphill, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A man who showed up at a Beto O’Rourke rally in Hemphill armed with a semiautomatic rifle.

A post by East Texas Democrat, in part, described a “very tall man with an assault weapon strapped across his chest and a pistol on his hip who identified himself a preacher. “

The man asked if O’Rourke if he believed in abortion and Beto told the man that he “believed in a woman’s right to choose.”

Twitter use @ShannonWatts who bio describes her as the Founder of @MomsDemand, grassroots army of @Everytown posted a short clip of the exchange.

Here’s a video of the so-called pastor’s question to Beto. While armed to the teeth, he gets laughs for saying he’s not there to talk about guns, but abortion.
