DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) -Police say 21-year old Brian Hernandez caused more than $5 million dollars in damage by destroying ancient Greek artifacts
Hernandez was detained by a museum security guard after breaking the glass entrance with a metal chair.
Video shows that once inside he broke into a glass display case and started smashing items including a bowl valued at $100,000 dollars and an Alligator Gar Fish Effigy bottle valued at $10,000.
Hernandez said he was mad at his girlfriend and started destroying property. He’s charged with Criminal Mischief.
