(WBAP/KLIF) – Southwest Airlines officials announced they would suspend all operations from Dallas Love Field on Thursday, Feb. 4, with North Texas under a winter storm warning.
A mixture of freezing rain, sleet, and even snow is all expected across the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex between Wednesday and Thursday.
Southwest officials said customers whose flights will be affected by the storm will be able to rebook without change fees. The announcement comes as American Airlines officials also recently announced they had cancelled the vast majority of impacted flights in the northeast and central part of the United States.
