Washington (AP) – The Supreme Court could rule as soon as Monday on Texas’ restrictive new abortion law. The court announced on its website Friday that the justices are planning to issue at least one opinion Monday. There’s no guarantee a Texas law will be the one, but the court did put two similar Texas cases on a rarely used fast track, and Monday is probably the last chance it will have to rule on them before the justices hear arguments December 1 in another abortion case.
