Irving Police Arrest Serial Sexual Child Abuse Suspect

IRVING (WBAP/KLIF)-The Irving Police Department is investigating multiple Continuous Child Sexual Abuse cases within Dallas County dating as far back as 1986. Police say the suspect is linked to over 2 dozen cases nationwide. In the most recent abuse case, he was living in the City of Irving, where the offenses occurred.

The suspect is 46-year-old Arron Von Blackwolf, also known as “Wolf” or Jimmy Robert “Bobby” Kelly III. Police say he has since been arrested for multiple counts of Continuous Child Sexual Abuse and Continuous Trafficking of Persons, with pending charges still being filed. Police say some of those charges include Possession of Child Pornography.

He is currently in custody at the Dallas County Jail with a $75,000 bond.
During the investigation, detectives found evidence of other children whom the suspect also sexually assaulted and had inappropriate contact. Some of these children have been identified and interviewed, but others have yet to be identified.
