DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Southwest Airlines has banned a woman from its flight after she was seen on video seen punching a flight attendant in the face.
An airline executive reminded employees in a memo Thursday that the airline has a process to permanently restrict passengers from traveling on Southwest, The memo stated that the woman in the video has been banned.
The incident happened Sunday after a plane from Sacramento, California landed in San Diego. Police arrested 28-year-old Vyvianna Quinonez and charged her with felony battery.

The arrest comes as flight attendants across the country are sounding the alarm on an increasing number of passenger misconduct incidents on planes.
