Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A new freeway off ramp opened Saturday morning connecting northbound I-35E to the Dallas North Tollway. The entrance to the new ramp is located about 1/2 a mile south of the old ramp. It exits I-35E just before passing under the Woodall Rodgers Freeway. The change is part of a $79 million reconstruction project intended to relieve downtown Dallas congestion.
