Electric provider Griddy urged all of its 29-thousand customers to leave them. CEO Michael Fallquist told Bloomberg News. “We believe that transparency and that honesty will bring them back” after the emergency passes.”

Meantime, Texas utilities were directed by ERCOT on Wednesday to begin restoring power previously dropped from the electric grid.
A tweet from @Oncor this morning says that as a result of the increased generation and stable demand, it has since been able to cease controlled, or rotating, outages.
Oncor crews will continue working 24/7 to restore power to remaining customers.
